Pine and Spruce bark that has been “cooking” since last fall, resulting in a smooth shade of mocha with a fine texture
*Hot Mulch Memo - During the natural process of mulch aging, the mulch will heat up causing temporary acidic areas in the pile. Applying "hot mulches" during this process can result in burned plants and grass. Mulch should be applied at least 2" from grass edge and plant stalks. Also avoid spilling mulch on existing grass while moving/spreading mulch throughout the property. Wolf Hill does not take responsibility for damage resulting from applying "hot mulch".
